We also provide optional commercial cleaning services and can arrange lawn and garden care.

Cleaning by SP was created from a genuine desire to help people and make life a little easier. Our founder, Stevie, has been cleaning since she was eight years old — starting out scrubbing bathrooms for pocket money. Fast forward to today and we now work professionally in cleaning services, bringing those same values of hard work, care and attention to detail into every home.

As a family-run business led by a mum of four boys, we know what real mess looks like and what it takes to get a home truly clean. It’s the small details that make the biggest difference, and that’s exactly where we put our focus.

We make sure every home receives the same level of care, consistency and high standards. We also hold a current police check and are fully licensed.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

We do not charge any hidden fees. All pricing is provided upfront based on the information given at the time of quoting. In rare cases, if the condition of the property is significantly different from what was initially described at the time of quotation, additional costs may be required to complete the service to the expected standard. If this occurs, you will always be informed first and asked to approve any changes before we proceed.

Do you provide written quotes or invoices?

Yes. We provide quotes and invoices via email and text.

What are your accepted payment methods?

For first-time clients, one-off cleans, and deep cleans, full payment is required before the clean begins.

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes, we offer an in-home walkthrough where we assess the property, discuss your expectations, and ensure we understand the scope of work before providing an accurate quote.

Do you bring your own products and equipment, or do you use the client’s?

We use our own eco-friendly cleaning products, carefully selected to be safe for you, your children, and your pets. Our team arrives fully equipped with everything needed to deliver a thorough clean, including our own vacuum cleaners. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we use freshly cleaned mops and cloths for every home, ensuring there is no risk of cross-contamination between properties.

How long does a typical clean take for a home my size?

The duration of a clean depends on the size of your home and the type of service you choose. For a standard 3–4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, our Surface Tension Clean (basic clean) typically takes between 2–3 hours. A more detailed Chaos Containment Clean usually requires 4–5 hours, while an End of Lease Clean can take 12 hours or more, depending on the property’s condition and the specific requirements of your property manager or real estate agent.

Do you offer add-on services (oven, fridge, windows, blinds, walls, etc.)?

Yes, absolutely. Depending on the condition, will depend on costs and time.

How do you charge — hourly or fixed price?

Our pricing is usually a fixed fee, as this works out to be cheaper for you.

Can you work around pets?

Yes — we’re absolutely able to work around pets. If you have a hyperactive or aggressive pet, we kindly ask that they are safely secured in a way that keeps them comfortable and allows us to move freely throughout your home while we clean.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with part of the clean?

If there’s anything you’re not completely satisfied with, please come to us first. We’re committed to high standards and will always do our best to address and rectify any concerns promptly. We take great pride in the quality of our work, so issues are uncommon — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes we sure do!

Just click on the gift voucher link and you can select either the number of hours you would like to give the recipient or a dollar amount of your choosing, pay and that’s it!

The voucher recipient can contact us to schedule the clean at a time that suits.
